1. To delete the value from the registry
a. Click Start > Run.
b. Type regedit
Then click OK.
Note: If the registry editor fails to open the risk may have modified the registry to prevent access to the registry editor. Security Response has developed a tool to resolve this problem. Download and run this tool, and then continue with the removal.
c. Navigate to the subkey:

d. In the right pane, delete the value:
"FROMID" = "roogoo"
e. Navigate to the subkey:

f. In the right pane, delete the value:
"2102" = "0"
g. Navigate to and delete the subkeys:

h. Exit the Registry Editor.
2. To reinstall TCP/IP Protocol
Important: Symantec strongly recommends that you back up the registry before making any changes to it. Incorrect changes to the registry can result in permanent data loss or corrupted files. Modify the specified subkeys only. For instructions refer to the document: How to make a backup of the Windows registry.
a. Click Start > Run
b. Type regedit
c. Click OK.

A. Click Start > Control Panel > Network Connections >Local Area Connection

D. Select Protocol
E. Click Add
F. Click Have Disk
G. Browse to the %Windir%inf folder
H. Click Open
I. Click OK
J. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
K. Click OK
L. Restart the computer
做好之后可能另外出现的问题
就是这些步骤全部完成后可以上网,但是本来有些朋友可能使用了别的浏览器作为默认浏览器,此时点击网页的快捷方式可以是出现这样的情况,一是都能正常打开 ,另一种就是会弹出并打开网页(指的是在浏览器直接输地址能打开的情况下)还有另一个提示框出现"找不到文件什么..." 解决方法是在"添加删除程序"里"设定程序访问和默认值"修改一下"选择一个默认的浏览器" 只要设定一下点"确定"就可了.
